Grapes are macerated in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 24° and 34° for a period from 20 to 25 days. It is micro-oxygenated for a month and once the malo lactic fermentation is complete, it remains in stainless steel tanks until it is bottled. The bottles lay to mature for one year before being released for sale.
Appearance: Intense ruby red with purplish highlights.
Bouquet: Intense perfume of ripe red fruits, vanilla and spicy aromatic nuances.
Taste: full-bodied, with soft, persistent tannins.
