Grapes are harvested into cases when the phenolic maturation is complete. The must is fermented with the skins in small lots for 3 weeks at 28°C. After the first racking, the wine undergoes the malo lactic fermentation and remains in stainless steel tanks for18 months before being bottled. The bottles lay to mature for at least one year before being released for sale.
Appearance: Rich, brilliant, ruby red with a good presence of alcoholic traces left on the side of the glass.
Bouquet: Intense scent of ripe red fruits and balsamic nuances of mint.
Taste: Dry, with good concentration and presence of sweet coarse-grained tannins and a lingering palate.
