Borgo Casignano, Monti del Chianti
Grapes are harvested into cases with an early racking off a few hours after pressing. The must is left to decant for clarification and then fermented with the addition of cultured yeasts. After fermentation, it is kept at a low temperature to preserve the fruity bouquet of the grapes. It is bottled after a few months.
Appearance: cherry pink.
Bouquet: scent of cherries accompanied by fresh sensations of rose and caramel.
Taste: dry, fresh, warm, delicate, with a light body and persistent palate.
